I am a Nationally Certified, Delaware State Licensed Massage Therapist. I
apprenticed with Dr. Rosita Arvigo and the Mayan Healers of Belize learning
the Arvigo Technique Maya Abdominal Massage and Maya Spiritual Healing
Techniques  My private practice is located in both Pennsylvania and
Delaware. Trained in a variety of energy and spiritual healing techniques, my
massage practice specializes in deeply held core issues, especially of the
abdominal region, and targets conditions of the lower and upper abdomen as
well as back and pelvic conditions.

My interest in herbal and natural remedies led me to apprentice with
Rosemary Gladstar of Sage Mountain in Vermont in 1994. I am committed to
the study of massage techniques and natural healing remedies and will continue
seeking knowledgeable teachers from around the world. My interest in the
latest transformational techniques have led me to
study with Richard Bartlett, Mark Dunn and
currently, Wendy Down in the practice of
advanced consciousness techniques.

My apprenticeship with Dr. Arvigo and the Maya Healers brought me to the
work I've developed today. The MAM work on several clients, who were
seeing the same psychotherapist, happened to be showing rapid improvement.
Both of us noted that as the clients body conditions improved, so did their
emotional conditions. The referrals from several psychotherapists all had the
same results. This lead me to delve deeper into the teachings of Wilhelm
Reich. My love of natural therapeutic remedies and my constant need to
develop a relationship with my medicine led me to create an oil that would
assist the body to release the armor and expedite healing. In the summer of
2006, I developed my first healing session with the TBT Oils that I currently
practice and teach today. My work continues to evolve as Tourmaline Body
Therapy begins to grow and expand, but always with the thought of bringing
greater awareness and healing to each client and developing a deeper
relationship between body and talk therapies.

I am approved by both the state of Delaware and the National Board for
Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education
Approved Provider.
